Special Events Hosted by the Korean Methodist Church, Kwanglim Methodist Church

Invitation to the Kwanglim Service for Conclusion of 40 days Prayer

Kwanglim Methodist Church is one of the largest Methodist Churches in Korea and the world. They are hosting a very special holy gathering, “HorebMountain 40 Days Prayer.” Almost 10,000 members (5,000 members in main sanctuary and others in several branch churches) have gathered at 04:45 am in the very early morning for 40 days seeking for the presence of God as Moses did at Mountain Horeb. This will be such a unique and authentic experience with the vibrant Christian life of Korean Methodist Church. Please come and see! If you want to join in the prayer, send an email to Kwanglim office. klmcseminar@gmail.com  They will meet you at the entrance of the Hotel at 04:10 am on July 13 Friday.

Sunday Worship Attendance

(for those said “Yes” to Sunday Worship Attendance on Online Registration)

  1. Option 1 – Full Day
You are invited to attend worship at a local Methodist church who will welcome you with great Korean hospitality. They will provide you with round trip transportation and will host lunch and dinner for you. You will be provided with a time of sightseeing or shopping as well. In the evening, you will participate in the Peace Prayer Meeting at the Plaza “Hope” of KMC Head Office at 19:00 pm. If you are interested in this option and are able to follow the schedule described above, please email Rev. Susan Nam kmcsusan@gmail.com.
  2. Option 2 – Morning and Lunch only
If you are not able to follow the schedule of Option 1 due to your flight itinerary or other reasons, you may attend Sunday Service at 11:00 in Kwanglim Methodist Church. Buses from Kwanglim MC will meet you at the hotel entrance at 10:20 am on Sunday morning. Kwanglim Methodist Church will provide you with round trip transportation and lunch. You will be back to the Hotel after lunch around 13:00 pm by bus or leave for your next destination by your own schedule. If you do not send an email to Susan Nam for Option 1, it is assumed that you will attend Kwanglim Sunday Service (Option 2).

For your information, there is an Airport Limousine Bus Stop near to Kwanglim MC within 5 minutes walking distance.
